Ignition deck 6: "Inspiring our Workforce and the World"

Document: 6-nasa-inspires.pdf, 14 slides. The title slide reads "Inspiring our Workforce and the World" (slide 1); no presenter is named. The Ignition page links it under "NASA Inspires" as "View NASA's Ignition Recap", with no date or size. The download is 6,813,896 bytes (sources/manifest.csv). No slide prints a date. Text: sources/text/docs/2026-03-6-nasa-inspires.txt; images in sources/raw/slides/2026-03-6-nasa-inspires/. All four text-poor slides (1, 7, 11, 13) were read from their images.

Rank. A briefing, not the architecture of record (SCHEMA, "Workshop slides"). No "Pre-Decisional" or "CUI" line appears in its text layer (searched).

Summary. The closing deck of the Ignition event. Eleven of its slides (2–12) are about NASA's workforce, facilities, grants, regulations, outreach and media, with no bearing on Moon to Mars. Its last slide, "Recap of Today", restates the day's announcements in one line each, including the Moon Base's "phased approach" and the Artemis III Earth-orbit test. It adds nothing on the architecture that the other Ignition documents don't say.

The recap (slide 14)

  • "We are swiftly returning to the Moon. Artemis II is quickly approaching. Artemis III will now test Orion alongside one or both landers in Earth orbit, and we will return to the surface during Artemis IV in 2028."
  • "We are building a Moon Base. Our Moon Base construction will take a phased approach to build out capabilities with strong industry demand signal."
  • "We are staying in LEO. Expansion of the International Space Station with a core module and commercial modules."
  • "We are entering a Golden Age of science and discovery. We will advance world-changing discovery with existing and new science missions."
  • "We are getting underway on nuclear power in space. Space Reactor 1 (SR-1) Freedom will deliver helicopters to Mars, setting the stage for future nuclear power in space initiatives."
  • "We are unleashing NASA's workforce, investing in infrastructure, and by doing so, we will inspire the world. Now let's get to work!"

Against other sources (the wiki's comparison)

  • Artemis III "alongside one or both landers" matches the Ignition fact sheet's "with one or both". The return to the surface on Artemis IV in 2028 matches the Going back to the Moon fact sheet ("early 2028").
  • The Moon Base. The recap names no phase, date or figure; the phases are on Phases.
  • LEO. "Expansion of the International Space Station with a core module" states as the plan what the LEO deck calls an "alternate" option.
  • Date. The deck is headed "Recap of Today" and closes the event, so it was written for Ignition day, 24 March 2026 (the wiki's reading).
